We offer a 30-day return policy for unused board games in original packaging. Your satisfaction with your gaming experience is our priority.
Eligible Returns
- Games in original, unopened packaging
- Items purchased within the last 30 days
- Games with all components intact and undamaged
- Limited edition items (case-by-case basis)
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened games with missing or damaged components
- Custom or personalized game orders
- Digital downloads or game codes
- Promotional items and clearance sales
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service within 30 days
- Receive a return authorization number
- Package items securely with original packaging
- Ship to our Canadian return center
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- Credit card refunds: 3-5 business days
- PayPal refunds: 1-2 business days
- Bank transfers: 5-7 business days
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged game, we'll provide:
- Full refund or replacement at no cost
- Prepaid return shipping label
- Priority processing (2-3 business days)
- Direct replacement from our Canadian warehouse
International Orders
For orders shipped outside Canada, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
