30-Day Return Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused board games in original packaging. Your satisfaction with your gaming experience is our priority.

Eligible Returns

• Games in original, unopened packaging
• Items purchased within the last 30 days
• Games with all components intact and undamaged
• Limited edition items (case-by-case basis)

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened games with missing or damaged components
• Custom or personalized game orders
• Digital downloads or game codes
• Promotional items and clearance sales

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service within 30 days
2. Receive a return authorization number
3. Package items securely with original packaging
4. Ship to our Canadian return center
5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

• Credit card refunds: 3-5 business days
• PayPal refunds: 1-2 business days
• Bank transfers: 5-7 business days

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged game, we'll provide:

• Full refund or replacement at no cost
• Prepaid return shipping label
• Priority processing (2-3 business days)
• Direct replacement from our Canadian warehouse

International Orders

For orders shipped outside Canada, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
